DIRECTIONS:
Traveling from Interstate 95:
1. From I-95 take Exit 70 east bound/left onto Okeechobee Boulevard / Highway 704
which changes it’s name to Lakeview Avenue.
2.Turn left before the Intracoastal Waterway / Royal Park Bridge
onto (South) Flagler Drive.

3. Stay on (South) Flagler which changes it’s name from (South) Flagler to (North) Flagler @ The Palm Beach Yacht Club.
4. Continue forward / north on Flagler just past Palm Harbor Marina take the immediate right onto the entrance ramp onto Quadrille Street / US1 (US1A) / the Flagler Memorial Bridge east/right which changes it’s name to Royal Poinciana Way.
Follow Royal Poinciana way all the way to it’s end.
You shall see the North County Road Traffic light / US Post Office straight ahead (on the left/north side; if you travel too far forward/east (the road changes names to the North Breakers Row) you would have ended up behind the US Post Office on your way the the only Ocean front AAA Five Star Resort Golf and Country Club…..The Breakers).
Turn left/north onto North County Road and turn onto the second street on your east/right which is Sunset Avenue.
Turn immediately onto the main entrance to the Paramount Building parking lot on the north/left.
Feel free to park at your discretion except where marked “reserved or handicapped (of course unless you or UG’s guests / your associates are handicapped)”.
Then simply walk to the main entrance at the center of the Paramount Building and enter and take the elevator to the second floor.
