Greg had auctioned his Jupiter office for $1.5M with Benny Fisher who auctioned Versace manse for $41.5M.

Tommy was in S FL at the time so I introduced him to Boca Developer’s Jim Cohen @ their Aragon ocean front condo project in Boca. Then in 2008 Jim was doing a dozen new projects and went bust. Cerberus had loaned him $800M of GM’s pension funds. I believe they blew them out bulk.
